Prof. Dr. Anand Nayyar, Duy Tan University, Vietnam Biography: Dr. Anand Nayyar received Ph.D (Computer Science) from Desh Bhagat University in 2017 in the area of Wireless Sensor Networks, Swarm Intelligence and Network Simulation. He is currently working in School of Computer Science-Duy Tan University, Da Nang, Vietnam as Assistant Professor, Scientist, Vice-Chairman (Research) and Director- IoT and Intelligent Systems Lab. A Certified Professional with 100+ Professional certificates from CISCO, Microsoft, Amazon, EC-Council, Oracle, Google, Beingcert, EXIN, GAQM, Cyberoam and many more. Published more than 130+ Research Papers in various High-Quality ISI-SCI/SCIE/SSCI Impact Factor Journals cum Scopus/ESCI indexed Journals, 100+ Papers in International Conferences indexed with Springer, IEEE Xplore and ACM Digital Library, 40+ Book Chapters in various SCOPUS, WEB OF SCIENCE Indexed Books with Springer, CRC Press, Wiley, IET, Elsevier with Citations: 6000+, H-Index: 40 and I-Index: 150. Professor, Yun Wang, University of California, USA Yun Wang received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanics and Engineering Science from Peking University in 1998 and 2001, respectively. He went to the Pennsylvania State University where he earned his Ph.D degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2006. Dr. Wang has produced over 100 publications in PEM fuel cell, Li-air battery, and other energy systems. Several of his seminal works are highly cited in major energy/power journals. Dr. Wang served as Track chair/co-chair, session chair/co-chair, conference chair and committee member for many international conferences on power and energy. Dr. Wang received 2018 Reviewer of The Year from the Journal of Electrochemical Energy Conversion and Storage. Dr. Wang is currently Professor at the UC Irvine, RSC Fellow, and ASME Fellow. Professor, Cheng Siong Chin, Newcastle University & Chongqing University, Singapore Dr Cheng Siong Chin is a Reader (Assoc. Professor) at Newcastle University and an Adjunct Professor at Chongqing University, School of Automotive Engineering. He received his Ph.D. in Applied Control Engineering at Research Robotics Centre at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2008 and his M.Sc. (Distinction) in Advanced Control and Systems Engineering from The University of Manchester in 2001. He also received a B.Eng. (Hons) degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2000. He worked in the consumer electronics industry for a few years before moving into academia. His research interests include intelligent systems design of complex systems such as electric vehicles, energy storage systems, and acoustic systems. He has achieved over 150 publications, 5 authored books, 2 Singapore Patent Applications, and 3 US Patents. He also received DCASE2019 Judges' Award in IEEE AASP Challenge on DCASE2019. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access Journal, Applied Artificial Intelligence, IEEE Transportation Electrification Community (TEC) eNewsletter, and editorial board member of Electronics. He has served as General Chair, Keynote Speaker, Session Chair, and Technical Committee at numerous international conferences. | |

Professor, Chuan-Ming Liu, National Taipei
University of Technology, Taiwan Dr. Chuan-Ming Liu is a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering (CSIE), National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech), TAIWAN, where he was the Department Chair from 2013-2017. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University in 2002 and joined the CSIE Department in Taipei Tech in the spring of 2003. In 2010 and 2011, he has held visiting appointments with Auburn University, Auburn, AL, USA, and the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China. He has services in many journals, conferences and societies as well as published more than 100 papers in many prestigious journals and international conferences. Dr. Liu was also the co-recipients of the best paper awards in many conferences, including ICUFN 2015 Excellent Paper Award, ICS 2016 Outstanding Paper Award, MC 2017 Best Poster Award, WOCC 2018 Best Paper Award, MC 2019 Best Poster Award, MC 2021 Best Paper Award, and WOCC 2021 AAEE Best Paper Award. His current research interests include big data management and processing, uncertain data management, data science, spatial data processing, data streams, ad-hoc and sensor networks, location-based services. |
